Applied AI lab · Tel Aviv

Software that runs the work, not the dashboard.

We own and operate autonomous products for small and mid-sized businesses, and take a short list of contracts where the hard part is infrastructure, security or regulation.

Products we own, build and operate.

The product isn't the interface. It's the work that stops landing on someone's desk. Pick one to see what it actually does.

Mouza

Autonomous video editing

Hand it raw footage and a goal. Mouza picks the takes, paces the cuts, writes the captions, grades the colour and publishes on brand and on schedule. There is no editor in the loop, and no timeline for anyone to open.

Answers the lead, books the meeting, sends the quote, issues the invoice and reconciles the payment. Nobody drafts a reply and nobody chases a confirmation.

Berma · the record

Six systems designed, shipped and still operated by the people who wrote them. Nothing handed over, nothing parked in a backlog, nothing abandoned.

02 / Track record

Six systems in fourteen months.

We opened in July 2025. Since then: three products live, Maya in beta, BizzTrust still in the field and PlanGate just begun. Every number here is work that used to belong to a person and now belongs to a system we operate.

The record, and the road ahead.

Quarter by quarter: what shipped, what is running today, and what we have committed to next. The last column is a plan, not a promise — we would rather you could tell the difference.

  1. Q32025The lab opens
    July 2025

    Berma starts in Tel Aviv

Two people, one rule: every product has to remove a task rather than visualise it. No dashboards, no seats to sell.

    Started

    BizzTrust begins

Merchant insolvency risk 30, 60 and 90 days out, from consented Open Banking data. The first product we put on the bench.

  2. Q42025A second product starts
    Started

    Montera begins

A sport-agnostic competition platform: one effort score that has to hold up across running, cycling, lifting and CrossFit. Work starts here; the stores come later.

  3. Q12026First platform out
    Live

    Montera ships

A sport-agnostic competition platform in both app stores, with one effort score that holds up across running, cycling, lifting and CrossFit. Built, shipped, done.

    Live · in-house

    Longform finished

A researched, narrated, illustrated ten-minute lesson from a one-line prompt. Complete, and running on our own material.

  4. Q22026Two more open
    Started

    VersoTradeDesk begins

Money-moving infrastructure: perimeter, secrets and deployment treated as the product, not as a later chore.

    Started

    Maya begins

Lead to meeting to quote to invoice to reconciled payment — the loop we intend to close without a person in it.

  5. Q32026NowWhere we are now
    Just published

    Mouza goes out

Raw footage in, finished multi-aspect cuts out, captioned in Hebrew and English. Newest of the six, and the first one anyone can sign up for.

    Beta

    Maya enters beta

The loop is running for design partners: thread, calendar, quote, invoice. Payments and Meta still sit outside the closed path.

    Started

    PlanGate begins

Fire-code review against the full NFPA corpus, with the clause behind every finding so an engineer can argue with the machine.

  6. Q42026Committed next
    Planned

Maya ships, money and Meta in

Out of beta and into a full launch: PayPlus and the ledger on one side, Meta Lead Ads on the other, so the loop closes without a handoff.

    Planned

    PlanGate to first production review

Out of build and into a real sign-off workflow, with the engineer still holding the pen.

    In conversation

    BizzTrust inside an Israeli bank

We are in early conversations with a tier-one Israeli bank about running BizzTrust against a live acquiring portfolio. Nothing is signed, and we won't name a partner before it is.

    Planned

    Mouza opens in the US

The same product into a market fifty times the size: English-first brand profiles, American publishing windows, and pricing built for US SMBs rather than converted from shekels.

03 / Method

How working with us actually goes.

Four rules we don't break. They exist because breaking them is how this kind of project quietly dies six months in.

  1. Step 01

    One call to scope it

Thirty minutes on what the work actually is today — who touches it, how often, and what it costs when it goes wrong.

  2. Step 02

A working thing in a week

Not a deck, and not a prototype behind a login. Something running against your real data inside a week, on the current generation of models and infrastructure rather than whatever was standard two years ago.

  3. Step 03

    Architecture decides the bill

Stateless services, work pushed onto queues, retrieval that caches instead of re-embedding, and the smallest model that still clears the bar. We measure cost per run rather than cost per month, so scaling up stays a capacity decision instead of a budget crisis.

  4. Step 04

    We keep operating it

Least-privilege access, real audit trails and reproducible deploys — run by the people who wrote the code, not by an account manager sitting in front of them.

04 / Careers

Small team. Real ownership.

Four openings across engineering, content and commercial operations. Each one owns a real outcome, not a narrow slice of a department.

Read the role briefs, meet the way we work and apply on the dedicated careers page.
